House Reps Set to Introduce Bipartisan Medicare Telehealth Parity Act

The Medicare Telehealth Parity Act is expected to be introduced today in the House of Representatives by Reps. Mike Thompson, D-CA-5, Gregg Harper, R-MS-3, Diane Black, R-TN-6, Peter Welch, D-VT- At Large. The Medicare Telehealth Parity Act would expand specific telehealth services under Medicare through a phased in approach that would include adding home health services among other provisions. VNAA is supportive of this legislation, similiar versions of which have been introduced in previous sessions of Congress.
