On Oct. 9-10 in Englewood, Co., nonprofit home health and hospice leaders from the western United States will meet to network, share and learn the latest strategies concerning new care delivery models. There will be insight into how home health agencies can team up with managed care organizations, what kinds of technology to adopt to survive healthcare reform, and how home health can work with patient centered medical homes.
