The HHQI National Campaign is increasing its focus on small, nonprofit and publicly funded home health agencies that serve a high proportion of dual-eligible patients. HHQI has spoken to many stakeholders in this group and used their feedback to develop a new Underserved Populations Network (UP) to address these providers' specific quality improvement needs.
The UP Network presents new, live teleconferences and webinars each month, free of charge. You can also access recordings of past events on the UP Event Archives page.
Webinar: Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013 from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. (E.T.)
