In January, VNAA will host two ICD-10 implementation training presentations for home health and hospice.  The first training, ICD-10 Basics: How to Implement ICD-10 in Home Health and Hospice, will be held Wednesday, January 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST.  ICD-10 Basics will cover an ICD-10 overview and background, key dates and timelines that you need to know, and key concepts for successful implementation through systems, people process, and ICD-10 and home health resources.  To register for this session, click on this link.
The second training, ICD-10: Decoding the Code, will be held Wednesday, January 22nd from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. EST.  Decoding the Code will cover the difference between the ICD-9 and ICD-10 code set, key ICD-10 concepts, clinical scenarios, and understanding the clinician, nurse, and coder relationship through ICD-10.  To register for this session, click on this link.
