Archbold Home Health

Archbold's Home Health Services supports patients with a variety of treatments and procedures, each personalized according to the attending physician's prescribed orders. They provide the vital link between the physician and the patient with the compassion the patient needs and deserves. Experienced professionals are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Home Health Services is a private, non-profit agency, licensed and certified by the Georgia Department of Human Resources. It is a designated Medicare and Medicaid provider. The agency is self-supporting and receives no county or state funding. Services are provided without regard to age, race, creed, color, handicap, religion or national origin. Patients residing in Thomas, Brooks, Grady, Colquitt and Mitchell counties in Georgia are eligible.

Hospice of Southwest Georgia

The mission of the Hospice of Southwest Georgia is to provide comprehensive care for patients with limiting conditions, within the familiar surroundings of one's own home or home-like setting. Hospice offers support services to the family as well as the patient. Education and emotional support for the family members during the illness and bereavement support afterwards are an important part of the scope of hospice care. Hospice of Southwest Georgia serves the following counties: Thomas, Grady, Mitchell, Brooks, Colquitt, Baker, Decatur, Seminole, Miller, Clay, Calhoun and Early Counties.
