Ohio Health Home Care

Since 1985, Ohio Health Home Care has been one of central Ohio's most trusted home health services - consistently earning the Consumers' Choice Award in Columbus. Ohio Health Home Care provides expert home health care to help patients recover, maintain independence, and experience the highest possible quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. OhioHealth offers a variety of home health services including: skilled nursing, physical, speech and occupational therapy, home health aides, medical social services, nutrition evaluation and education, dedicated wound care team, specially trained IV nursing team, tele-monitoring and chronic disease management.

Hospice of Montgomery
The first hospice in the state of Alabama, Hospice of Montgomery, offers specialized services to meet physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients and their families during the final stages of life. From nursing to counseling to assistance with paperwork, Hospice of Montgomery offers a host of hospice services provided provided within a 50 mile radius throughout the Tri County River Region of Montgomery, Autauga, Bullock, Butler, Chilton, Crenshaw, Elmore, Lowndes, Macon, and Tallapoosa Counties.

Kendal at Ithaca
Kendal at Ithaca's health care programs are designed to help patients stay well and maintain the highest level of self-care and independence. Kendal at Ithaca’s full continuum of health care for life allows people to face the realities of aging in a positive way, rather than from the viewpoint of illness or disability. Each person benefits from a coordinated approach by the health care team, which consists of physicians, nurse practitioner, nursing staff, social workers, psychologist and physical, occupation, and speech therapists. The resident is a member of the health care team and an active participant in all health care decisions.
