The Walpole Area Visiting Nurse Association (WAVNA) is an independent, non-profit, community-based home care agency, providing high quality home health care and resource information to people of all ages. WAVNA strives to respond to patient and community needs, to promote healthy lifestyles and facilitate independence enabling people to remain in their own homes, enhancing quality of life and reducing hospitalizations. WAVNA works with all major Boston hospitals and local community hospital networks to provide the skills and technology necessary for seamless transitions to home.
