It is often not possible for all VNAA members to attend VNAA’s Annual Meetings or Public Policy Leadership Conferences. That is why VNAA hosts a few regional meetings every year hosted by members in various geographical regions around the country. Aside from being close to home and more economical, these meetings boast some of the most up-to-date, cutting edge content. They are more intimate and provide terrific networking opportunities.

The next VNAA Regional Meeting is in State College, Pa. from Oct. 3 – 4 and is being presented in conjunction with VNAs of Pennsylvania. The agenda for this meeting is all about opportunities; in new care delivery; for succeeding in the new health care environment; to improve outcomes; to earn CEUs; and much more. The meeting agenda and registration is available on VNAA’s Website.

A week after the Pennsylvania meeting, another is being held in Englewood, Co. This meeting, scheduled for Oct. 9-10, is being hosted by Centura Health at Home and Rehabilitation and VNA. For those members looking for the most cutting edge nonprofit home health and hospice content, this is the meeting to attend. There will be insight into how home health agencies can team up with managed care organizations, what kinds of technology to adopt to survive healthcare reform, and how home health can work with patient centered medical homes.  VNAA’s Website has more information on how to register and the complete agenda.

Save the date for the final VNAA Regional Meeting in 2013 which will be hosted by Advanced Home Care in High Point, NC from Dec. 5-6. The agenda, which is still being prepared, promises to be as rich and comprehensive as the agendas at the other two events.

Registration is now open for the Pennsylvania and Colorado meetings. Please contact VNAA Member Serviceswith any questions.

VNAA would like to thank the following sponsors for their support in underwriting these meetings:
