How to Use the Member Portal
The Member Portal is an online tool that will increase the value of your membership by providing you with exclusive access to all of ElevatingHOME & VNAA's valuable resources and services.
Once you sign in you will be able to:
- Access Member's Only content
- Manage your Personal Profile
- Manage your Organization's Profile
- Add, Modify or Remove Associates from your Account
- Pay Invoices
Once you are logged into your membership account, you can access all member's only ElevatingHOME & VNAA content.
Manage your Personal Profile
When you log into the Member Portal the first thing you will see is the My Profile section. Make sure your contact information is always up to date. This data is not only helpful to us, it will be displayed when you sign up to participate in our events or online Community so make sure it always reflects your current contact information and job title.
Manage Your Organization's Profile
Under the My Organization section you can update your organization's records such as the address and main phone number. You can also add additional locations by using the Add Locations button at the bottom of the page.
Add, Modify or Remove Associates from your Account
Under the My Associates section, you can add, modify accounts for and remove staff members from your agency account and give your associates access to the member portal. To add a staff member, simply select Add an Affiliate or Add a Rep and type in their contact information. An Affiliate has the ability to add other staff members and modify the organizational record, a rep simply has access to their own profile and all members-only content.
To modify an existing associate's account, select their name in the Review/Modify a Contact drop down menu, make the modifications and select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
To delete an existing associate's account, select their name in the Review/Modify a Contact drop down menu then select the Delete this contact option and select Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Any outstanding invoices will be listed under the My Invoices section of the portal. You have the option to either view or pay for the invoice. Note, if the invoice for your organization is not in your name you will not be able to view it. If you would like the invoice to be transferred to your membership account contact email@example.com.
