This program, led by three thought-leaders, provides an overview of the new Conditions of Participation (CoPs) with a focus on what is different and changing, the impact these changes have on agencies, and tools to ensure your agencies compliance with the guidelines.

Lisa Bryan, Clinical Consulting Manager, McBee
Lisa Bryan is a nurse with 27 years of Home Health experience. She has a broad range of home health skills that provide a unique perspective from multiple roles in homecare from hospital liaison, field and office clinician to supervisory and operational clinician. She has been involved in the planning, transition and training for several EMR software programs.
Carissa L. McKenna, RN, BSN COS-C, HCS-D Clinical Consulting Manager, McBee
Carissa McKenna has 19 years of experience in the health care industry with 12 of those years in the home health industry.  As a clinical consulting manager with McBee, she has been involved in many aspects of client fulfillment, including OASIS and coding, episode management and onsite education. Carissa has developed and implemented several clinical workflows, documentation and quality assurance tools.   She has trained both management and field staff providing education on all aspects of home care.  Carissa currently manages several clients in episode management engagements, helping them to improve adherence to the established plan of care to ensure positive outcomes clinically, financially and operationally.

Karen Tibbs, RN, HCS-D, COS-C, Quality Manager, OASIS and Coding Services, McBee
Karen Tibbs is a registered nurse with a Master of Science in Health Care Quality. She is currently the Quality and Education manager for McBee. She has 22 years of home care experience with extensive knowledge in medical review, regulatory compliance, ICD-10 and OASIS accuracy. Karen has earned the Home Care Coding Specialist-Diagnosis (HCS-D) and the Certificate for OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C).
